You may request a return or refund only if:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received the wrong product.
• Proof is provided in the form of clear photos or an unboxing video at the time of opening the package.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used oil bottles.
• Products returned without proper proof of damage.
• Orders placed by mistake by the customer.

• If the return is due to damage or wrong product, shipping charges will be borne by us.
