  • We sell edible oils including Coconut Oil, Groundnut Oil, and Sesame Oil.

  • All our products are 100% Natural and Chemical-free.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

  • We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered in select locations (if enabled at checkout).

  • Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, typically 3–7 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are only accepted in case of damaged or defective products, supported with proper proof (unboxing video/photo).

  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at contact@vgs.com or +91 99433 45633.

  • Approved returns will be eligible for a replacement or refund as per our policy.

  • Products once opened/used are not eligible for return due to food safety reasons.

  • Our oils are for edible use only. VGS OIL is not responsible for misuse of products for unintended purposes.

  • While we ensure the highest quality standards, we are not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from consumption.

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses (such as delivery delays, loss of profit, or business interruption).

  • All content on this website (logo, brand name, text, images, product descriptions) is the property of VGS OIL and cannot be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.
